Stewart
Stevens, who recently graduated from Abilene Christian University
with a Bachelors degree in Intercultural Communication and a
minor in Christian Ministry, has agreed to take the role as our Associate
Minister with an emphasis on youth ministry. While
ministering with us, he has also working on his Masters Degree in
theater arts at Louisiana Tech. Stewarts
father, Don Stevens, has been in the ministry for over 30 years, giving
Stewart a rare upbringing of early leadership in the church. Don is
also one of the Instructors in our CrossView College
of Prayer. Stewart
has taught classes of various age groups and also served as Youth
Intern for the Church in Calhoun during the summer of 2003. While
at ACU Stewart remained active during his undergraduate years, being
involved in many different ministries, sports, and service organizations.
Since joining us, Stewart has already made two major mission trips, one to Italy and another to minister during the Pan American Games in Brazil. Our
plan is to have Stewart focus on the youth and childrens ministry.
